Qhemet Biologics was founded by an African-American historian whose lineage includes a long line of root workers, medicinal plant practicioners in the rural, black south. As a young adult, she developed a keen interest in ancient herbology and went on to acquire a master’s degree in history. Shortly thereafter, she founded Qhemet Biologics, a passion driven brand that contains many of the same functional and therapeutic plant extracts our ancestors used in their hair and body care rituals.
